Rember scx changes lanes by a pin and I've never had one break. But all the others are electric track. That means when you change lanes it sometimes bring hue person behind you with you plus it takes power from everyone for you to change lanes. This also means you'll pay about double for 1 of their lane changers. Plus your limited to how many you can put on cause it takes power. Its also got a realistic pit and you car stutters when you start to run out of gas. Plus you get faster as you Bern off gas. No other brand has these to features cause each car has a digital chip in it. You can even turn the car of you choice to junior mode by the press of a few buttons. That makes it go 65% of its full speed. Also you can adjust the magnets by 2 screws on the bottem of the cars to make your car more slick or stay on better. Theirs also more cool track pieces like chrometer which keeps up of how many laps your down, lap times, and something else. Also rember if a car breaks in your first year scx will replace it for free just look up Bryan Young. Its rare for stuff to break as long as you clean your cars every once in a while. Also if you want to race 6 cars all you have to do is get a basic controlled unet either by its self or in a another set with a connected cord that's 5ft long. This alwols people to be more spread out. Like putting 3 on one side and 3 on the other. Have fun racing.

Its really easy to make. Takes 9 and 1/2 ft long by 4 ft of space. Each straight is 14 inches long ( plus . Something). Every thing worked fine till I crashed and should I say hard. I broke something but then I went to Bryan Young. He replaced me with not only one but 4. Customer survive is great. All in all amazing prodoct. Definetly a good by. Pits loads of fun. And rember Bryan Young.
Rember one thing. Keep your cars clean. Check them out about every 1500 laps. Shorter times if on carpet rug or shedding dogs.

So far so good...

This is a Christmas present for our sons, so we haven't used it very hard yet. However, my husband did open it up and give it a try, and he's pleased! This takes up a lot of space, so be ready!! Can't wait to start racing with the boys!
