Everything about putting the Mammoth together was a lot of fun!

The Mega Bloks Halo UNSC Mammoth was a joy to put together, has a ton of playability built into it, and is very impressive once it's complete. I found the instructions very clear, and never hit a point where the build felt like chore. The good number of larger bloks made it feel like it was coming together relatively quickly, and as an adult builder I was able to finish it in two 4-hour sessions. The final build is very solid and feels like it would stand up to fairly rough play. The many mounted and rotating weapons, the 6 large wheels, along with the multiple removable sections, give this build a huge amount of playability for younger fans. While cheaper than last year's signature set, the Forward Unto Dawn, the UNSC Mammoth is just as impressive on the shelf, and likely to be a bigger hit among those who play with rather than display the model. I think both younger and older Halo fans will greatly enjoy this well-designed and cleverly-engineered set!
