Gift that keeps on giving
By Miketherdaintx
First let me start by saying my son loves this toy. It comes with 20 figures. It is a a long time coming and very odd timing for this item to just now be released. The MTT comes with tons of figures and is neat to watch open. The droids that are inside the unloading racks are not the best figures. My son got it for a gift and it is still one of his favorites.

Pros and Cons
By James Cornwell
Pros: 1. great Army Builder, lots of droids (20 in all)

2. Electronic sounds, I believe there are approx.10 and 2 or 3 of them are entire battle sound sequences.
(plus engine and Missile fire sounds)

3.dozens of pegs to place figures, not including the ones on the retractable rack.

4. great Amount of playability. each back side opens up for extra playing room, and the pilot hatch opens up and can become a guard tower with machine turrets.

5.There is a storage section at the top back part of the MTT, that can be used to store figures, weapons or whatever you can come up with, the hatch is actually made for a droid mini-rig fighter. coming out this year.(2013)

6. tons of space for figures! I've been testing the limits to see how many figures I can put in it. I put all (16) figures that it came with in the retractable rack and the (4) articulated ones up in the pilot station. Then I proceeded to comfortably place (8) super battle droids in the back sides for a total of (28) Droids! Note: that's with all doors and hatches closed! who knows how many if you had it all opened up!

7. just an eye popper! The retractable rack is amazing to watch and as soon as it deploys, you want to redeploy it! Very Nicely made, with significant detail!

8. Durability HOLDS UP WITH ITS SIZE,(6) big rolling wheels help you move it easily across hard floor and carpet.

9. Firing missiles (2) with swiveling cannons, Missile fire easily, not insane distance but far enough, mine launches Approx. (2)Feet.

10. Both Clone Wars and regular Series figures compatible!

Cons: 1. (16) of the droids are relatively worthless! They can only move their head and right arm at the shoulder! ( I just leave them on the rack) considering these battle posed battle droids have no playability whatsoever! (worse than Kenner Figures)

2. No electronic lights, and not nearly enough sounds or dialog, although the sounds are cool it gets really old hearing the same sounds and phrases over and over in such a short time frame.

3. Not enough Firing missiles for my taste (2). The republic attack shuttle had (5). The Turbo Tank had (8). The AT-AT only had (2) but it had the features (lights and more sounds) to compensate for only having (2)

4. It Was Made to hold another vehicle, but didn't provide it, forcing people to pay more for a feature it should have given you to begin with. not to mention. the purchase of this mini-rig requires you to buy another Obi-Wan... and if you're like me, you already have a million of him. and don't need another one!

5. Extremely difficult sticker placing. (IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY COULD HAVE PUT SOME OF THE DIFFICULT ONES ON FOR YOU!)

6. Insanely Expensive for its worth! I paid $73 dollars for mine and am so glad I did not pay the full retail price. As nice of an addition as it may be to my collection I would not advise anyone to break the bank over this vehicle. simply because its quality does not match that of it's original price.(BY A LONG SHOT!)

Thank You very much for reading this, and I hope you've found it helpful.

very pleased!!
By Atin
This is a great collectors item. I was very pleased with how it works and that it comes with 20 droids. The only thing i did not like was that the legs of the droid are fixed and that the 16 that go onto the carrying area do not have backpacks where as the 4 pilots do and also have free and moveable legs. Over all that is my only complaint. Very true to the movie and bigger than i expected. Great for collectors or kids!!!
